INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR OF GUARDIANSHIP AND HARBOUR LAW

PRESENTATION

The objective of this seminar is the study of the guardianship and the harbour law by comparing the Spanish and the Colombian law, and exposing their main application problems. We consider that this is an opportune moment to evaluate the operativeness and the future of the harbour law, bringing a debate space to specialists on this subject and to representatives of the institutions of these countries.
